i’ve been trying to run a few days a week but this heat is making it tough. to be somewhat comfy i have to get up real early or run after sundown. i could go to the gym to run but i’m more of a road runner that a tread mill runner. it will be cooling off here in a a few months and it will be perfect for running!

i’ll be sad that boating season is over but i’m sure i’ll be able to find some fun stuff to do it the winter…maybe head up north for some snowboarding. the last time i went i almost broke my butt and that’s not good for business…lol

i’d love to try some quading this year. there are tons of places to go and it would be fun to find a secluded place to stop and play…wink/wink.
